TeslaTest supply a selection of test chambers from bench top chambers to free standing chambers.
They can be used to test all types of components, materials and systems. They can be used for storage (depending on requirements) or for testing purposes for products. The chambers can be used to test a variety of different variables such as temperature, humidity, salt spray, thermal shocks, vacuum, rain, sand and dust. The sizes can be customized to suit your needs using a bespoke design, but are most commonly found in 53, 240 & 720 litre sizes.
Temperature test chambers can test at +40°C to +180°C or -70°C to +180°C or -10°C to +100°C.
One of our most common models is the Binder MK 53 bench top test chamber which can be used to test conditions at -40°C to +180°C. All our test chambers are fitted with a programmable PID microcontroller system either on the test chamber (via screen and controls) or via the PC through a RS422/Ethernet solution and APT-COM software.
Humidity test chambers can have ranges from +25°C to +90°C, -40°C to +125°C or -70°C to +125°C.
More options are available through our bespoke range. All our test chambers are fitted with a programmable PID microcontroller system either on the test chamber (via screen and controls) or via the PC through a RS422/Ethernet solution and APT-COM software.
Salt spray chambers are used to test corrosion and are constructed from non-corrosive FRP sheet and PVC sheet with glass nozzles to ensure durability and longevity of life. They are built on a mono-block design and offer individual testing compartments. All the spray chambers are fitted with air purging, time totaliser, cyclic timer, water level and pressure gauges for monitoring.
Thermal shock test chambers can be supplied with either a single stage (-40°C) or a cascade (-70°C) test system they also offer a hot box compartment. These test chambers use a onboard fully programmable controller that offers cycle programming.
Stability test chambers offer a good all round chamber to test all kinds of components. The range on these chambers is -0°C to +85°C, or -10°C to +100°C. All our test chambers are fitted with a programmable PID microcontroller system either on the test chamber (via screen and controls) or via the PC through a RS422/Ethernet solution and APT-COM software.
